Harold Park Tramsheds Expressions of Interest Application Form
Opening in August 2016, the Harold Park Tramsheds is set to be the most exciting food and dining precinct in Sydney.
Real Food Projects has been commissioned to curate the first three months of a unique pop-up restaurant and an ‘Artisan Lane’. Launch date is August 25th 2016.
This is where you come in.
We are looking for stallholders for Sat/Sunday in the Artisan Lane. There are only 9 tables so competition will be tight. You’ll have a table with power and be surrounded by other small batch, artisan producers. Get in quick to secure your spot. Tables are $100 per day.
We are also looking for people who are interested in hiring the pop-up restaurant. The small circular space has a commercial kitchen (wok burners/grills/refrigeration etc) and is smack bang in the middle of the Artisan Lane. At $500 per week, we are excited to hear what create ideas you can come up with.
Fill out the form with all your details and if you'd like to book a stall or the pop-up restaurant and we’ll get back to you.
