Join Kate Walsh and Jean Martinez as they show you how to bake magnificent loaves of bread at home. We'll cover no knead bread and sourdough and talk you through all the different flours, yeasts, how to knead, prove a loaf and then sit down to some serious carb loading/tasting session. 
 
Class outline: flours, yeasts, fermented v non-fermented breads, no knead bread, easy sourdough breads, hands on kneading, eating. 

What we provide: recipes, take home starter, tastings.

When: Sunday 

Where: Harvest, 18-22 Old Pacific Highway, Newrybar Village, Byron Bay Hinterland NSW

Time: 2:30pm-4:30pm

What to bring: Closed shoes and an apron
