Join Kate Walsh and Jean Martinez as they show you how to bake magnificent loaves of bread at home. We'll cover no knead bread and easy sourdough and talk you through all the different flours, yeasts, how to knead, prove a loaf then bake it. We'll be tasting lots of different breads so bring an appetite. 
Class outline: flours, yeasts, fermented v non-fermented breads, no knead bread, easy sourdough breads, hands on kneading, eating.
