Join Kate Walsh and Jean Martinez as they show you how to bake magnificent loaves of bread at home. We'll cover no knead bread and easy sourdough and talk you through all the different flours, yeasts, how to knead, prove a loaf then bake it. We'll be tasting lots of different breads so bring an appetite.

Join Kate Walsh and Jean Martinez as we show the world of easy to make naturally fermented foods. We'll cover kraut, kombucha, water kefir, milk kefir and lacto-fermented sodas. This class will give you all the info you need to easily incorporate healthy fermented foods into your daily kitchen routines. Best of all, they are all very easy to make!
