In this 2.5 hour class, you’ll learn the basics of setting up a real food kitchen and how to incorporate easy ferments into your daily routine. We’ll make it so easy, you’ll be fermenting in no time. Class includes hands on demonstration of how to make small batch kraut and fermented vegetables, comprehensive notes, recipes, tastings of a range of different cultured vegetables and you get to take home the jar of culturing vegetables you’ve made yourself.
