Join one of Australia's leading food writers Barbara Sweeney in a one day intensive food writing class. You'll up the stakes of your writing, learn how to find the story, avoid food clichés and identify different types and styles of food writing. You’ll participate in a sensory taste experience, have the opportunity to practice interview techniques, eat lots of delicious food and spend the day with fellow food and writing enthusiasts. Entry level and more experienced writers welcome.
