A passata day like no other!! Join us at Pasta Emilia for a passata (tomato sauce) bottling day and beautiful lunch. In this 3 hour class, you’ll learn how to bottle your own tomato sauce with the best in the business - Angela and Frank from Napoli who have been making passata for 50 years and the lovely Anna from Pasta Emilia. After the class, we’ll sit down to a simple Italian lunch of handmade pasta pomodoro, salad, coffee and biscotti.

Class outline: The basics of making passata, hands on helping with the process, bottle your own tomato sauce, sit down lunch with wine.

What we provide: 6 jars of passata for you to take home, beautiful lunch, refreshments, recipes and class notes
