Tomato Day at Harvest - Sun Feb 19th 2017 $85$85.00
Join us to learn how to bottle your own tomatoes! In this two hour class, we'll show you the process to bottle tomatoes, have lunch and sample some local wine. You'll never need to buy cans of tomatoes again.
This is also going to be a very special class for some special reasons. Real Food Projects is very proud to be supporting a new cookbook - Cook & The Farmer. Money raised from the book will be going to the Ripple Effect which helps with mental health awareness and suicide prevention in rural Australia. The book features farmers and cooks from all over Australia, their real stories and photos and recipes written by author Rebecca Sullivan. From lemon Myrtle to lettuce, Wheat to Waygu. This is a book for all Australians passionate about their land, the food that grows on it and the communities that grow it.
We'll be taking photos on the day for the book so you'll have to be cool with maybe featuring in the pages!
