Join Harvest Chef Rosa Diafiera to learn how to turn flour, egg and water into featherlight pasta. In this foundation class, you'll master fresh pasta dough from scratch, get comfortable with a pasta maker, and enjoy the fruits of your labor paired with simple sauces.
We'll concentrate on pastas and sauces that are simple and easy to replicate at home.
