With winter well and truely underway, now is the time to learn how to make amazing stocks and bone broths. Harvest Chef Rosa Diaferia from Harvest will walk you through the building blocks of how to make sure you have a clear, nutritious and flavourful stock each time. It is easier and takes less time than you think! 

Class outline: what is the difference between stocks and bone broth, how to build the basis of any stock or broth, demo of a beef broth + fish broth, bone broth and then Rosa will demonstrate how to make a beautiful seafood risotto which we'll then get to tuck into! We'll send you home with a bag full of ingredients and a jar of locally made bone broth so you can get started straight away.
